Rhett and Kelsie met in 2010 through mutual friends during their time in Greek Life at Nicholls (Kappa Alpha and Delta Zeta). They were friends for about a year before realizing that they would be perfect together as a couple. Kelsie and Rhett got married on January 20, 2018. They have one child, Madilyn Helmstetter, born October 24, 2018. Rhett graduated in December 2014, with a Bachelor of Science in Management and currently works at LAMMICO as a policyholder support representative. Kelsie graduated in May 2015, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and works at Children’s Hospital New Orleans as a nursing supervisor.
